What makes our services unique is that we conduct trainings at your site and they are offered within Competency 2 (Health, Safety and Nutrition) which is one of the harder Competencies to fulfill. The advantage of having the trainings conducted at your childcare/preschool is that it saves you time and money by allowing you to train all of your staff at one time on the same topic. With all of your staff receiving the training together, they will be getting the same information including the questions and discussions during the training by the participants. This allows for consistency and continuity of care. With the training being lead by a State Approved Competency Trainer, The trainings will count toward your 24 hours of required training per year.

Each training is a 2-hour training. You can choose the topic that best fits your childcare/preschool.

- Feeding Healthy Children (2-5 years)
- MyPlate
- The Importance of Breakfast

 - Heathly, Wealthy and Wise Snacks (including nutrition activity ideas)

 - Breastfeeding (Supporting moms: a guide for childcare centers)

 - Food Safety

 The following policies have been developed to ensure a positive experience for all:

Registration form and payment is required and must be received by us at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled training date. Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail.

Our policy requires that you contact us no later than 5 business days prior to the start date of the training in order to cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 5 business days prior to the start date of the training you will forfeit half of your registration fee.

A $20.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
